Development Information

All lots listed on the map are part of the Home Owners Association. Each homeowner is responsible to pay the monthly HOA fee of $185. This fee covers snow removal from driveways and sidewalks when snow fall is over 1", lawn mowing, a spring/fall clean up and at least 3 fertilizations over the summer.

The Village of Howard is responsible for plowing the street.
